Detailed Benefits Information

401(k) Plans

A 401(k) is a retirement savings plan offered by your employer. When you enroll, money is automatically taken from your paycheck and put into your retirement account.

You can choose to contribute before taxes (pre‑tax) or after taxes (Roth). With pre‑tax contributions, you pay taxes when you take the money out in retirement. With Roth contributions, you pay taxes now, and withdrawals in retirement are generally tax‑free.

Any investment earnings in your 401(k) grow without being taxed each year until you withdraw the money.

Health Savings Accounts

NATIGroup offers Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) through HealthEquity.  A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an account that helps you save money for medical expenses. You put money in before taxes, the account belongs to you, and the money stays available year after year—even if you change jobs.
